Thanks for considering a stay at our villa
Brookbank villa is a two-storey home which has recently been completely re-decorated and upgraded with new furniture and flooring throughout. It sleeps 8, with full air conditioning. The villa is located in the quiet gated community of "The Sanctuary", at West Haven, a short drive away from from highway 27 and Interstate 4. Just 2 minutes away lies Champions Gate with 2 first class golf courses, Publix supermarket and restaurants. Disney and Universal parks are within easy reach.

Relax in the fully equipped games room which is ideal for relaxing after a hard day at the parks or on a quiet day at our villa. A pool table, air hockey table and foosball table are all included as well as a table and chairs for the spectators.

A non refundable deposit of £250 per week is required to secure your booking. The balance is due 10 weeks before arrival.
A security deposit of £500 is also required at the time the balance is payable. This is refunded once the management company confirms everything is ok after you leave.

"Just back from our third stay in Bryan and Julies villa and it gets better and better! The villa was spotlessly clean as always, the beds are so comfortable and the newly resurfaced pool has taken it to another level. Bryan and Julie are always quick to respond and a pleasure to deal with. The Sanctuary is so quiet and peaceful and yet close by at Championsgate are plenty of nice places to eat and all the fun of the parks is a short drive away. Highly recommend and hopefully will be returning soon!!!!"

"Me and my partner have just returned from our 2nd stay at Brookbank Villa and i can honestly say it was perfection. From the moment we arrived we enjoyed every moment staying there enjoying time around and in the newly resurfaced swimming pool enjoying the Florida Sunshine along with the peace and quiet. The addition of the Air Fryer was a big hit with us and a welcome addition to an already well equipped villa. Once again excellent communications with Bryan and Julie throughout,as i mentioned in my previous review from our stay there in 2022 look at the rest but stay at the best which is Brookbank Villa i promise that you won't be disappointed."

"Stayed in this Villa for 2weeks with my wife and 2 boys.It was beautiful outside and inside lovely quiet gated neighbourhood.The villa was very clean and tidy.We spent a lot of time by the pool and in the games room both were great.The Villa owners are lovely too communication with them was great.We highly recommend this Villa and will definitely be booking again honestly no complaints at all. We done a lot of research to find the perfect Villa and this stood out above the rest we even shared the same last name no relationship just coincidental.Thanks again for making our holiday so memorable it really was amazing."

"Great place to stay in a quiet, well kept neighbourhood. Felt very safe whist round the estates on our morning walks. The villa was very clean and spacious. Lovely thick carpet in the bedroom & a very comfy big bed. The balcony was our favourite place to sit. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Owners were great and friendly with all the information needed before we left to give us time to familiarise us with the location. Highly recommend for a great stay"

West Haven is a collection of a gated sub-divisions which have upwards of 60 villas in each. The sub-divisions are: The Abbey, The Green, The Hamlet, The Manor, Sanctuary, The Shire and The Dales. Dependent on which sub-division the villa is located, you may be able to use the clubhouse, gymnasium, communal pool, tennis courts and volleyball pitch. Always check before booking with the villa owner to confirm access to these communal facilities.
Bordering the central section of highway US27 there are Publix supermarkets located at Champions Crossing and Berry Town; with each having a number of local shops alongside. The nearest Walmart supermarkets are north on US27 or south towards Haines City. There are some restaurants and eateries bordering this section of US27, including Applebees, IHOP, McDonalds, Wendy's, Best of British Pub and Beef O'Bradys. However, if you head towards the ChampionsGate area you will find many more including Olive Garden, Miller's Ale House, Chilis, 4 Corners Tavern, Tijuana Flats and Trevi's Italian restaurant. Travel south to the junction between US27 and Interstate 4 for the Posner Park shopping complex which has major stores including JC Penney, Target, Ross, Marshalls and many more. There is also a further selection of restaurants, eateries and a tavern bordering highway US27.
