Our villa is ideal for 5 to 6 guests.
This 3-bedroom, vacation home is in the heart of Kissimmee is the perfect vacation home for your family to enjoy with a warm homely feeling.
The property is fully air-conditioned and has a fitted kitchen our villa is recently refurbished.
The main bedroom has a King size bed with an ensuite.

We offer a great home with a great service.
Cameras installed at door entrance, driveway and pool equipment for added security.

• We are close to US192 at Marker 14 in the much sought after 'Windward Cay' with many shops and restaurants nearby.

The villa accommodation comprises of a light lounge/diner stretching from the front of the property to the rear where it overlooks the swimming pool area. The lounge has a large settee, coffee tables and cable television. It has patio doors looking out on to the swimming pool and large decking area. To the right of the lounge is the breakfast nook with a table and chairs for four people, to the left is the kitchen.
The kitchen has all the modern amenities: Electric cooker; Dishwasher; Fridge/Freezer with ice maker; Coffee Maker; Toaster; Microwave Oven and Waste Disposal System.
In the cupboards are all the utensils and crockery you will need to enjoy your stay.
Patio doors lead from the lounge area to the swimming pool and decking area.

The master bedroom has a King size bed with a dressing table and bedside cabinets and a guest closet. There is also a cable television. Patio doors lead from the master bedroom to the pool decking area. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, luxurious wooden vanity unit, walk-in shower and toilet.
The second Guest bedroom contains a queen size bed. It has a dressing table and bedside tables with Roku cable television and a walk-in closet.
The third bedroom has a bunk bed with one single on top and a double below . It has a dressing table with Roku cable television and a walk-in closet.
There is also a family bathroom which is shared by these two bedrooms. It has a vanity unit, toilet and a bath/shower.

Outside, there is a large fully screened swimming pool with all the patio furniture you will need.
Already relaxing can defiantly be had!

A much-needed table brolly is provided for a little shade.
The outdoor lighting ensures you can use the pool area in the evening.
We have new white fencing around the villa to make it more even enjoyable for you.

Its an amazing villa in the perfect location near all the famous attractions of Orlando.
Smell the freshness when entering our villa. you will find this villa a real treat with beautiful bedding, fresh towels and gorgeous bathrooms.
The double garage is accessed through a door near the kitchen area. It contains utility furniture consisting of a full-size washing machine, a full dryer, an ironing board and iron along with the water heating system.

Windward Cay is an established development of 3 and 4-bedroom villas with private pools set within conversation woodland and located just off highway US192 near to Medieval Times.
The nearby highway US192 and adjoining SR535 both have Walmart supercenters, as well as a Publix, Super Target and Aldi supermarket. The Lake Buena Vista factory outlets are located on SR535, which is next to the Sunrise Plaza shopping complex. In addition to an abundance of smaller local shops in this area, there is a great selection of restaurants and eateries which include Longhorn Steakhouse, Olive Garden, Chilis, Perkins, Cracker Barrel, IHOP, Miller's Ale House, Five Guys, Smokey Bones, TGI Fridays, Applebees, Ichiban Buffet and El Tenampa Mexican. Travel towards Walt Disney World resort on SR535 for more restaurants and the Orlando Premium Outlets on Vineland.
