Situated just off highway US192 next to Medieval Times and Walmart, Bella Vida Resort offers luxury villas in a purpose built community in 15 acres of conservation lake-land. Guests can enjoy the central clubhouse with large zero-entry pool, fitness room, volleyball courts and children's play-area.

Compass Bay is a newer gated community located between highway US192 and SR535, whilst consisting of town-house condominiums positioned around small lakes. Some condos have their own private pool, whilst all guests have access to the larger community pool and cabana. Children have their own 'Tot Lot' playgrounds with climbing frames.

Crystal Cove is a newer gated resort community located just off Poinciana Boulevard and a short trip to highway US192. Cumbrian Lakes is a small gated community of landscaped gardens, situated on the south side of Poinciana Boulevard towards the junction with Orange Blossom Trail. For relaxation, take a walk around the lakes and nature trails to see the local wildlife.

Fiesta Key is an established gated community of Mediterranean themed 3 and 4-bedroom town-houses built around two small lakes. Guests can enjoy the clubhouse, large community pool and tennis courts.

Lake Berkley resort is a newer gated community located off highwayUS192 and built around three lakes in a woodland area. Offering 3-bedroom townhouses through to 7-bedroom villas with a private pool, guests can enjoy the clubhouse, Internet room, fitness centre and communal pools. There are also exercise stations, tennis courts, basketball courts and a volleyball court; whilst children have their own play areas. Alternatively, take a relaxing walk around the stocked lakes on the designated natural trails.

Terra Verde is a gated community with 3 to 7-bedroom villas set around a stocked fishing lake. Guests can enjoy the clubhouse with Internet room, fitness room, business centre and beauty salon. Outside there is a large heated community pool, beach with hammocks and pool-side Tiki bar. For the more active guests, there are tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, table tennis and a playground for small children.

There are walk-ways, cycle paths and barbecue facilities around the community, as well as a boat dock for East Lake Tohopekaliga.
