Acadia Estates is a gated community of 4-7 bedroom executive villas with private pools set on a single road within the Formosa Gardens development.

Calabria Westside is a newer development of around 40 executive style well-spaced 5 and 6-bedroom Italian themed villas with private pools. Villas will have lake or woodland views.

Emerald Island is a newer gated community offering 3 to 7-bedroom executive villas within a woodland area. Guests can enjoy the clubhouse with a spa and sauna, exercise room, games arcade and internet café.
