US27 Villa Communities

Lakeside at Bass Lake is a gated community offering vacation villas with views over Old Lake Davenport. Guests can enjoy the clubhouse with a gymnasium, as well as the communal pools (one which is heated) and hot-tub. There are also picnic benches with barbecues alongside the lake.

Champions Gate is a newer community which borders the golf course and incorporates the sub-divisions: The Retreat, Country Club Estates and The Vistas. Offering luxury larger vacation villas with private pools, guests can enjoy the clubhouse, fitness centre, spa and sauna, restaurant, beach volley court and resort pool with a lazy river. There is also the Country Club at ChampionsGate which has a separate pool, tennis courts and take-out restaurant.

High Grove Resort is a newer, gated community of Mediterranean styled villas where guests can enjoy the clubhouse with fitness room, games arcade, computers and Internet connectivity. There is also a communal pool and spa area.

Highgate Park is a purpose built gated community at The Villages of Legacy Park offering 3, 4 and 5-bedroom villas with private pools. Guests can enjoy the tennis court and volleyball court, whilst children have their own play area.

The Regal Palms Resort & Spa offers a collection of 3, 4 and 5-bedroom townhouses with a central pool complex and clubhouse. Guests can enjoy the large heated pool, lazy river, water slide, hot tub and shallow walk-in pool for children. There is also a spa, fitness room, restaurant, sports bar and beach volleyball court.

Solana resort is a newer gated community offering executive style villas with their own private pools. Guests can enjoy the clubhouse, fitness room, Internet café, shop, video arcade room and television lounge. Outside there is a large heated pool, beach volleyball court, putting green, children's playing area as well as picnic and barbecue sites.

Tuscan Hills is a newer gated resort, with Mediterranean styled 3, 4 and 5-bedroom villas with private pools. Guests can also enjoy the clubhouse which has a fully equipped exercise room, private office room and games room. Outside, there tennis courts, a sand volleyball court and children’s play area.

West Haven is a collection of a gated sub-divisions which have upwards of 60 villas in each. The sub-divisions are: The Abbey, The Green, The Hamlet, The Manor, Sanctuary, The Shire and The Dales. Dependent on which sub-division the villa is located, you may be able to use the clubhouse, gymnasium, communal pool, tennis courts and volleyball pitch. Always check before booking with the villa owner to confirm access to these communal facilities.

Weston Hills is a small, exclusive gated community bordering conservation wetland and open countryside. Guests can enjoy the community centre, three communal pools, tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts, soccer pitch and children have their own play area.

Windsor Island Resort is a one of the newest rental communities in the Walt Disney World area, offering spectacular luxury 5 to 10-bedroom vacation villas with private pools. Guests can enjoy the huge resort pool with cabanas, water slides, lazy river and pool-side bar. There is a clubhouse with fitness centre, games arcade and shop, as well as outside amenities which include mini golf, tennis courts, a basketball court and a playground for younger guests.
