Situated in the beautiful Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club overlooking the golf course, Green View Villa is fully equipped to a high standard to cater for parties of all ages, with everything you need for a ’home-from-home’ holiday.

During the day relax on the shaded lanai under the ceiling fan, tan on the sun loungers or splash in the fully screened salt water filtered private pool. When the sun goes down, take out the barbecue for an evening - Floridian style! or after a busy day at the parks relax in the peace and quiet with a cocktail!

Ideally located for not only theme parks, shopping range of shops and restaurants immediately outside the community gates but all attractions Central Florida has to offer.

The open plan living great room is furnished to a high standard, air-conditioned with plenty of seating, to ensure you enjoy your vacation to the full. With subtle lighting, facilities include Full 55” LED HD television with digital cable package (300 channels), Blue Ray DVD, and CD hi-fi. For the children, there is a Playstation and a selection of DVD movies and games suitable for all ages.

The comfortable dining table has seating for 8 . Should you wish to eat in, there is a fully-fitted kitchen, with all modern conveniences - including: large fridge freezer (with ice maker), dishwasher, large oven and microwave. All cutlery and crockery is provided. Aside from the kitchen, laundry facilities include a washing-machine and dryer.

All bedrooms are air conditioned with pillow top mattresses, ceiling fans and plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space.

Master suite with king bed, patio door leading to the pool and lanai area, clock radio, telephone, safe for valuables, television and en suite bathroom. The bathroom doubles as a pool bath with a door to lanai, large shower, vanity unit with basin and WC. This bathroom has been completely remodelled and updated January 2018.

Spare linens and all towels (including pool towels) are provided.

There are no villas behind the lanai and pool area just stunning views of the golf course. The area is fully screened and has Florida glass in the bottom screen panel for additional privacy. Sit and relax from breakfast to bed time either under the covered lanai which benefits from a cooling breeze from the ceiling fan or soak up the hot tropical sun on one of the comfortable loungers on the pool deck.

The pool has entry steps at one end and a shelf to sit on in the deep end. The pool has been upgraded to salt water filtered which is much kinder to children’s skin so no more red stinging eyes from chlorine. Salt water pools leave skin softer, do not dry out or alter hair dye colours and do not fade swim suits.

There is ample pool furniture alongside, with separate table and chairs under the cooling lanai with ceiling fan. With no overlooking properties and golf course views the pool offers the perfect retreat.

After a busy day out, there is no better way on a warm Floridian evening than having a barbecue, lighting up the pool and having a drink or two?

Should you wish to swim during the cooler months, pool heating is available at an additional cost.

In accordance with Florida law, all patio doors that allow access to the pool area have child safety alarms or lock bars. These, plus the pool safety fence, ensure small children cannot access the pool area without adult assistance.

If you decide not to visit the parks or one of the many other available attractions, make use of our games room. Play a game of football, darts or air hockey. Whatever your preference we are sure there is something for you. We appreciate some people like to garage their car (they can get very hot sat on the drive in the sun) which is why the games tables can be moved to the side to park a car or moved to the centre for easier game playing.

Alternatively, for the more energetic, why not try the gym or have a game of tennis? The Community has their own tennis courts t! For a more relaxed approach to our wonderful community facilities, take a gentle stroll around the trees or by the lake. Make friends with the ever-hungry ducks or watch the wildlife. If we do not have a book you wish to read try the community library. The clubhouse bar and restaurant welcomes children and is open for breakfast and lunch but check for dinner times.

Nearly home and remembered you need some milk or bread! Not a problem as immediately outside the gates is a 24 hour WalMart plus a variety of other supermarkets, restaurants including the very popular Manny’s, gas station and banks.
