Welcome to our home from home in the stunning conservation area of Reserve at Town centre. It is a secure gated community just 10 miles from Disney World and 30 minutes away from Universal Studios.
Our beautiful four bedroom Villa offers a tranquil retreat after a busy day at the parks and is nestled within a quiet cul de sac with no front or rear neighbours. We have a private south facing pool for all day long year-round sunshine and with a tranquil wooded water view, its a wonderful setting to relax and take in the Florida
wildlife in a beautiful conservation area.
The villa itself has undergone many recent renovations and is bright, modern and airy! With four bedrooms and three bathrooms we can comfortably sleep eight guests.

Together with your completed booking form, a non- refundable deposit of 20% of your stay is due within 7 days of your provisional booking.
Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you confirmation.
Payment of the balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
Assuming receipt of the same, we will send out directions and access codes for your villa a week prior to your
arrival.
We will also send your Property Mangers contact information.
Failure to pay the final balance within 8 weeks prior to your arrival may lead to cancellation of your reserved
property and loss of deposit.
The client is solely responsible for any damage or breakages that may be caused to the property or its
contents during your stay. We require a security deposit of £200 to be paid with your balance prior to travel.
This deposit shall be repaid to your party by check, credit or debit card or bank transfer as elected by you as soon as the property manager has reported no damage and that you
have returned the keys, within 30 days of departure.

Towncenter Resort, Loughman
Towncenter Resort is a gated community hidden away amongst woodland and consisting of 94 homes built alongside three lakes. Such a relaxing location offers the peace and quiet not always found in rental communities and at times you may just forget how close you are to the area attractions.
The nearest Publix supermarket is on Lake Wilson Rd near Reunion, with another at the Champions Gate Village and a third towards Loughman. The nearest Walmart Supercenter is at the junction of Old Lake Wilson Rd and US192. Within the ChampionsGate area there are a number of restaurants and eateries including Olive Garden, Miller's Ale House, Chilis, 4 Corners Tavern, Tijuana Flats and Trevi's Italian restaurant. There are also smaller eateries, diners and fast-food restaurants including McDonalds, Panera Bread and a Greek grill. Travel a little further towards highway US27 and you will find a Beef O'Bradys, Cracker Barrel and a pizzeria. Alternatively, head south towards the intersection between Interstate 4 and highway US27 for the Posner Park shopping complex. Here you will find major stores including JC Penney, Target, Ross and Marshalls in addition to a selection of restaurants, eateries and a tavern.
