Sunset Lakes is a quiet gated community with two lakes and is surrounded by a Conservation Area. It is ideally situated just off Highway 192 where you will find shops, restaurants and other facilities.
Disney World main gate is just 4 miles away and other attractions such as Universal Studios and Sea World are within a short drive. Several high quality golf courses are minutes away.
Sunset Lakes has further facilities including a communal pool and children’s play area.

The home provides a spacious open plan living area with two large comfortable sofas (replaced since the photographs were taken).
The whole living area has now been tiled (the bedrooms remain carpeted).
The living room overlooks the swimming pool and has a large sliding patio door providing access onto the pool deck.
There is a large flat screen TV with cable Starz and HBO channels and DVD player for your entertainment. There is also a Playstation 3 MOVE system with various controllers and games, and a BOSE SoundDock iPod/iPhone docking station.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with full size cooker, large 'American' side-by-side fridge freezer with ice and water dispenser, microwave oven, dishwasher and many other appliances.
The dining area has a large dining table and chairs seating up to 8 people (not many villas offer dining seating for all occupants!). There are a further two stools which can be used at the adjacent breakfast bar. The dining area has direct access to the lanai (shaded patio area) via sliding doors.

"We utilized this villa for our Disney vacation. I was very impressed by how clean the villa was. The pool was a nice touch after a hot day at the parks. The kitchen had everything you could need while there. The snacks that were left were a welcomed treat upon our arrival. Communication between the owners and the property management company were excellent. For anyone wondering, the villa is about a 17-20 minute drive or $12-16 Uber ride to any of the parks. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the villa without reservation to any future guests."

"First impressions of the villa, welcoming, super clean with a big space inside and a fab pool to use. Bedrooms are spacious with large comfy beds to sleep off the excitement of the day. Close to local shops, you could walk but probably best to take the car. Restaurants are also near by and of good quality although there are one or two buffet restaurants if you want a cheaper option. Games room in the villa is a nice touch and allows those who can’t sleep something to do if they wake up early. From a coffee maker to a casserole dish, the villa has everything you could possibly need to make a coffee or a gourmet meal. 6 miles or so from Disney or a slightly longer hop up the I4 will get you to Universal. Enjoy the villa - we did!"

"We have just returned from a 2 week stay here and would return in an instant. The owners have been extremely friendly and helpful as has Robert from the management company. We had a couple of technical issues whilst we were there which were dealt with immediately. The villa is extremely spacious and comfortable and has everything that you could need for a home from home experience. We enjoyed using the pool and the pool table and had a thoroughly relaxing holiday which is not something you would expect with 13 days of theme parks. The location of the villa is excellent and it was no hassle to get anywhere. We would definitely return!"

"My family and I recently had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. The home is in a nice, quiet, gated neighborhood just a short drive from Disney World and Universal Studios. When we arrived, we found the house very clean and spacious! I was pleasantly surprised by just how clean and beautiful it was! The layout of the 4 bedrooms and 3 baths gave everyone their own space. The kitchen is big and is equipped with everything you would need including a welcome package of milk and snacks which was helpful. The house was stocked with movies, board games, and video games in addition to the game room. There were plenty of towels available as well. The beds were comfortable, and the kids loved the Disney-themed bedroom. The pool and the area around it were very clean, and the kids enjoyed swimming in it and playing with the pool toys and floats. We could watch the kids in the pool from the living room and master bedroom as well. The owners and house manager were wonderful to work with and very responsive. We will definitely come back to this house for our future Orlando vacations!"

"Just returned from a 3 week stay in Sunset Villa. The villa is situated in a quiet locale away from the busy I-drive but with excellent links to the main highways. It only takes around 15 minutes to reach the Disney parks and 30 minutes (mostly due to traffic volume rather than distance) to Univeral and Seaworld parks. All amenities including supermarkets, chemists and restaurants are also close by. Sunset villa is truly a home from home. Clean, quiet, relaxing and equipped with everything that you could need for a family holiday. "We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and are all feeling a bit down to be back so we just need to start saving again. The villa was fantastic, great location, very clean and helpful management. I usually struggle the first couple of nights sleeping in a strange environment but the master bed is so comfortable that I didn’t have that problem. We were out most days until late so we didn’t get a chance to use the play-stations or the games room but we did use the pool when we could. "

"AMAZING!!!!!! This house was extraordinarily clean and fully equipped to the "T" including Tequila shot cups!...lol. The kids really enjoyed their time spent here. It had many entertainments for them, even adults enjoyed. We had chilly days and house was warm and cozy. The heated pool was used during those chilly days. Plenty, plenty of towels and blankets. The owner was prompt getting back with any questions. Manager on site was extremely readily available with quick call backs! Plenty of stores near by for a quick shopping. Sunset Lakes, Four Corners
A small, private gated community, Sunset Lakes offers detached pool homes built around two naturally formed lakes. Both lakes are stocked and can be fished from the bank or small boat. Bird and wildlife spotters will be equally content with what can be seen on and around the lakes. There is also a community pool (with changing rooms and cabana alongside) and a children's play area of swings, slide and themed climbing frame.
Although the Maingate area of US192 does have a number of fast-food and take-away eateries located nearby, there are a limited number of family-favourite restaurants. However, just head 3 miles east on highway US192 for the Formosa Gardens Village shopping complex. Here you will find a selection of restaurants, which include an Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, TGI Fridays, Giordano's Italian restaurant, as well as both a Chinese take-away and Japanese sushi bar. For quick snacks, there is also a Subway, Taco Bell and Dairy Queen.
The shopping complex also has a Winn Dixie supermarket, pharmacy, walk-in medical centre, liquor store and a selection of other shops (including an ATM cash machine). The nearest Publix supermarket is just over 2 miles away at the Rolling Oaks shopping complex (just off US192). Alternatively, the nearest WalMart is around 5 miles away on US27 - north of the US192 intersection. If you are heading east on US192, there is also another WalMart on SR535 opposite the Lake Buena Vista shopping outlets.
