Southern Dunes is only 20-30 minutes away from Disney World. Located in Haines City Florida, Southern Dunes has it’s own championship golf course and is close to supermarkets (a 24 hour Walmart), shops and restaurants. Southern Dunes has a 24hr a day manned entrance making it a very secure and safe community.

The on-site club house is open to all, offering delicious meals and a fun Tuesday night trivia for all the family.

As owners, we visit our villa twice yearly and decorate and/or upgrade furnishings each time. It's important to us that our guests experience a clean and comfortable base for their Florida vacation.

We are only 15 minutes away from LEGOLAND®, It is the biggest LEGOLAND Park ever and offers a unique mix of more than 50 rides, shows and attractions, including spectacular LEGO® models and other interactive elements for the whole family to enjoy.

LOUNGE 1 - A comfortable roomy sunny south facing Family Room - towards the rear of the villa, with patio doors offering direct access to pool. It has a 51 inch flat screen HDTV, DVD player, 250 cable TV channels (including HD channels). We have added a new large sectional sofa for your comfort.

LOUNGE 2 - An added bonus is our second Family Room - towards the front of villa offers separate seating area. It has a 42 inch HDTV, XBOX360 with a selection of games. There is also a large selection of board games and books.

DINING AREA - The large family dining table is the perfect place to relax and talk over the days highlights or plan for tomorrows events, after a long day on the golf course or at one of the theme parks.

BREAKFAST AREA - The breakfast table takes in views of the family area and the outside pool deck. This is the place to start your day with a hearty breakfast and the anticipation of what the day may bring.

FREE Secured high speed wireless Internet throughout the villa and pool deck.

All beds have high quality mattresses, ensuring a good night’s sleep for all.

MASTER BEDROOM 1 - The Master bedroom affords the comfort of a pillow top super-king sized bed, ample storage space, your own flat screen television and views of the pool and golf course. In addition for extra comfort and convenience we have provided a ceiling fan and clock radio. Upgraded bedroom furniture.

The newly renovated en-suite bathroom adjoining the Master bedroom is fitted with a large corner bath, separate shower cubicle, inset double washbasins and 2 cupboards with drawers for storing your cosmetics and personal toiletries. Additionally there is a separate private WC, and a door leading to large private walk-in wardrobe/dressing room. A hairdryer and straighteners are available for guest use.

MASTER BEDROOM 2 - Bedroom 2 ( a second master bedroom) enjoys similar facilities such as a pillow top US queen sized bed, dressing table, a TV, a built-in wardrobe and newly renovated en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower, WC and wash basin. A 2nd hairdryer is available in this bathroom.

BEDROOMS 3 & 4 - Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have two single beds (high quality beds), a bedside cabinet and built-in wardrobes. One of these rooms has been furnished with Mickey bedding and accessories making it ideal for those young (or even older) Disney fans. This room also has a small flat screen TV. These two rooms share the facilities of the main bathroom, which is situated between them, with a shower/bath, WC, washbasin and built-in storage.Here you will also find the linen cupboard with a plentiful amount of towels for guest use. A third hairdryer is available!

Pool - Enjoy the south facing oversized pool with delightful views over the golf course. The deck catches the sun from morning till evening so ideal for sun worshippers. Or for those who prefer a bit of shade, we provide a table with umbrella. A removable child safety fence is available to ensure your toddlers safety around the pool.
The outside area is a delight in the evening, with the sun setting and the pool lights enticing you into a late-night swim - or to just sit listening to the peace, with a relaxing drink.

We have provided ample pool furniture ( with new cushions ) including four sun loungers, two recliners and a table with four chairs.

The well-appointed kitchen really is home from home for our guests. With all the modern facilities you would expect from 5* accommodation, including: large fridge freezer with ice maker, full size oven with four-ring hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, double sink with waste disposal unit, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary utensils.

The villa has the added bonus of a large themed professionally installed games room with an 8ft slate bed pool table and foosball table, the perfect place for teenagers and adults alike to relax at the end of a long day at the parks.
