The accommodation comprises of a spacious lounge/dining room and kitchen which is open plan
from the kitchen nook there are patio doors leading to the perfect pool deck - perfect for al-fresco dining and relaxing in the sun. Pool view at sundown is a joy to see!. Plenty of sun to be had!
There is a fitted kitchen, complete with breakfast table & chairs, and fully equipped with a full size cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, fridge/freezer with Ice machine and waste disposal unit.
We do also have a few extras that are sure to come in handy!!

The large Master bedroom has a Queen size bed and newly tiled floor, and an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and tub - our master bedroom as access to the pool and decking area.

All bedrooms have flat screen wall mounted TV’s.
Children’s bedroom is Disney themed – with a selection of different bedding of your choice, not forgetting the cuddly Toys.

The laundry alcove which is situated in the hallway house's a full size washer and tumble dryer, the hallway also gives you access into the double garage where a selection of toys can be found.

POOL: - Our large spacious, fully air-conditioned villa has it’s own private screened pool, backing onto a wooded conservation area with a beautiful view.
The pool is kidney shaped with steps leading into the shallow end, Underwater Pool colour changing Light means you can swim whatever time of day or night. Great after a day at the parks!
Outdoor lighting ensures you can use the pool deck in the evening. All doors leading onto the pool deck are alarmed. The patio furniture is top of the range, and Pool heat is available on request.
• Smoking is restricted to pool terrace only please.
Extra pool lighting can be turned on around the pool screen enclosure.
The sun set is just a wonderful sight to sit and enjoy!

"★★★★ Descriptions are accurate. Everything was as described, and it was completely sufficient for our 10 day stay. Some minor problems included burnt out bulbs in the lamp in the kids room, and the light switches didn't seem to connect to anything (just turned lamps on manually). Also, the air conditioning won't go below 72 degrees - which wasn't quite low enough for us on some hot days. The kids loved the pool. It was a great way to cool off after a long day. We ate dinner on the patio by the pool some nights. The kitchen is furnished with everything we needed for basic cooking. We had to buy extra trash bags and toilet paper after the initial supply ran out in 2 days - a stock of that stuff would be nice. Same story with the laundry soap.Location was great - it was set in a small residential neighbourhood, but very close to the main road with stores and easy access to our daily destinations (Disney and universal). Price was more than fair, and we would stay there again."

This did provide us an opportunity to get creative and find other activities all over the state of Florida to enjoy. This property being centrally located was a great help in doing this. The pool was amazing and our family enjoyed it every day from the time we woke up until we went to bed. We stayed the end of March so having the pool heated helped in using it early morning and later at night. The house is adequately stocked with everything you need and even had some basic food and snacks to get you started."

"Extremely surprisedWhen I was looking for a home to rent for my Disney vacation, I stumbled upon this home. I went through most of the reviews and everyone had very nice things to say, especially that the home was very clean which is what made me decide to go ahead and send the request. To be honest, the neighbourhood doesn't look the prettiest, I've rented other homes nearby that have a nicer path. But when I got to the house, my family and mine jaw dropped. The house is beautiful inside and super clean. My family and I felt extremely welcomed and a little bit like this was our home. I will definitely book again in the future. The entire house even the pool area and outside were very well taken care of. Thank you Marie for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home."

We arrived after dark we were pleased to find the house is very well lit outside by a streetlight Inside was beautiful Very clean It had everything that we needed and more Very impressed by the children’s bedroom It can easily sleep up to 4 kids The two double bedrooms were perfect The pool area had plenty of seating Lots of inflatables to use and comfy padded seats that get kept overnight indoors so are very clean Lovely lighting out there in the evenings The kitchen had everything even teabags coffee etc In both bathrooms there are toiletries which is handy if your own travel size items runout There was washing powder and dish wash tablets too We bought more to replace what we had used ready for next guests There’s refillable plastic drink holders that you can use in the Parks We had a hilarious game of Pool in the garage, as the table is slightly uneven! The house is just along the192 just by Medieval Times Highly recommend villa"

This is a stunning vacation rental. It’s in a great area close to supermarkets and food eateries. It is a ten-minute drive to Disney and a close central location to all other parks Orlando can offer. Located in a lovely residential area where all the neighbor’s say hello. The villa itself has everything, a real home from home. It really is big and the icing on the cake was the big pool. My boys loved it. Located just off the 192 with easy access to all parks and international drive. 24 hour Wal-Mart is a 2-minute drive away. Stayed on this estate before, as location for the Theme Parks is perfect. 15 minutes to Disney and the Premium Outlet Mall and about 25 minutes to Universal. Wal-Mart’s and Target close by, plus lots of good restaurants on the W Irlo Bronson Hwy. Marie was great when helping us to book the Villa and provided lots of information before we went to help with our Vacation. Villa had everything you would need and would definitely stay there again. Unfortunately didn’t get chance to use the pool as we were out all day, but it looked good !! On a separate note, if you go to Universal Studios City Walk you MUST visit The Chocolate Emporium for one of their Milkshakes. Best Ever !!"

From first booking this Villa the communication from the owners was excellent and very helpful for Disney first timers. For a 3 bed this is a very spacious Villa with great size bedrooms, large open plan kitchen and living space where it’s very easy to make yourself feel at home. The outside pool area was fantastic the kids loved playing in heated pool while we relaxed in the seating area around. This was the perfect way to wind down from days in the parks. The estate the villa is located in is a very quiet peaceful area but only a short distance to all the main routes to the parks. We had the holiday of a life time and this villa was a large part of that. I would recommend this villa to anyone who asks me and I would love to go back."

For two weeks, I was able to enjoy and entertain family at this wonderful villa. It was large and roomy, well laid out, and very clean with an uplifting and bright color scheme throughout. The pool was perfect and used all times of the day and night. There are several well placed sitting and lounging areas around it. The side fencing and rear forest preserve view provided a beautiful surrounding and privacy. The villa is located on a quiet short street, yet within a few minutes access of all you could wish for in shops, Theme Parks, restaurants, and stores. I will be coming back."

Het mooiste huis op de allerbest denkbare plek
De locatie van dit huis is perfect. Nabij old town en celebration is er altijd een leuk restaurantje te vinden. Walmart en publix zijn 5 min rijden. De wijk is rustig met veel locals.
Het huis is tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Alles fris en schoon, een top zwembad en een lekker bed. Marie, de eigenaar, is ongelofelijk meewerkend en reageert snel.
Als we 6 sterren hadden kunnen geven, had deze villa het verdient!!!!!"

We had a fantastic time here. Villa was very spacious and immaculate. All correspondence with owner was very informative and all directions perfect ! We slept well in the unbelievably comfortable beds and were literally 10/15 mins from all major attractions/shops. Perfect having Walmart on your doorstep too ! Marie was fab in sorting a tiny problem we had. Sorted in no time at all !! Would definitely come back here again. Beautiful pool area although we never used it as we were out all day."

We enjoyed our stay at this 3 bedroom house. The owner is very good about communicating. The pool is lovely. The kitchen is well equipped and all appliances worked. Marie adjusted the a/c temp for us remotely. We met her handyman who was also very polite. This is a good value for a clean place to stay."

We booked the villa with Marie and from the moment we did she made us feel at ease. Every question we had she answered very promptly and gave us some very handy tips. The villa was beautiful we had a fabulous 3 week away and non of us wanted to come home anything and everything that we needed was supplied in the villa including cots and pushchairs for our small child. When we arrived at the villa after a long day of travelling it was great to see that there had been left for us some groceries which I thought was brilliant as the last thing we wanted to be doing was to go shopping for supplies.
Thanks again for letting us have a late departure, this made our journey home much easier especially with 2 children not having to rush or hanging about until we needed to be at the airport.

If any problem was to occur we had all the right contact details we needed to sort it out. There was also plenty of pool toys to use stored in the garage.Also if you just fancied a night relaxing watching a bit of TV there was plenty of DVDs to choose from. "Your villa is clean, well maintained and lovely decorated. Everything is complete and the necessities (bedlinen, towels etc) well provided for.
The pool is absolutely great, again well maintained and clean. We loved the lights outside.
The location is good, everything on a couple of minutes drive. Quiet neighbourhood and almost no traffic.

Windward Cay is an established development of 3 and 4-bedroom villas with private pools set within conversation woodland and located just off highway US192 near to Medieval Times.
The nearby highway US192 and adjoining SR535 both have Walmart supercenters, as well as a Publix, Super Target and Aldi supermarket. The Lake Buena Vista factory outlets are located on SR535, which is next to the Sunrise Plaza shopping complex. In addition to an abundance of smaller local shops in this area, there is a great selection of restaurants and eateries which include Longhorn Steakhouse, Olive Garden, Chilis, Perkins, Cracker Barrel, IHOP, Miller's Ale House, Five Guys, Smokey Bones, TGI Fridays, Applebees, Ichiban Buffet and El Tenampa Mexican.
