Pinewood Palms is a beautiful, spacious, fully air conditioned 4 bedroom/3 bathroom villa with it's own south facing pool. It sleeps up to 8 people and is situated in the lovely development of Pinewood Country Estates - the perfect location to enjoy your dream holiday in the Sunshine State. A great location close to Champions Gate golfing and retail complex. Near all the main attractions, you’re never far away from all the action.
After a hectic day at the theme parks, unwind with a refreshing dip in your own private pool, relax on a lounger with a good book or enjoy a game of pool or table tennis in the games area.
Just bring your toothbrush – That’s all you’ll need, as this villa is fully equipped with everything you need to make your holiday so much more relaxing.
Relax in this bright and sunny lounge area, with large patio doors overlooking the pool. This spacious lounge has 2 leather sofas, a side table and a coffee table. There is also a TV unit with digital TV
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need (if you decide to cook), including microwave, cooker, dishwasher, coffee maker, juicer and large fridge/freezer with ice maker. There is a large storage cupboard and also a breakfast bar area with four stools.
Dining Area
Adjoining the kitchen is the dining area with table and chairs. Another set of patio doors lead from here to the lanai and pool deck.
Spacious master bedroom with king size bed, TV, 2 side cabinets and large dresser with mirror.
The ensuite bathroom is massive, with a large walk-in shower, separate bath and twin vanity units. This bedroom is south facing with patio doors leading onto the pool deck.
Second Master Bedroom
2nd master bedroom with queen size bed, TV, large wardrobe, 2 side cabinets and chest of drawers. Ensuite bathroom with bath, shower and twin vanity units.

Double bedroom with chest of drawers and large wardrobe. There is also a TV

2 of the bedrooms share the 3rd bathroom, which comprises a bath, shower and twin vanity units.
The fully screened pool area is perfect for those relaxing days between theme park visits. There is also a lanai area with table and chairs to eat alfresco, or just to sit and relax in, if you feel you need to have a break from the lovely Florida sun. The lanai has also a fan to keep you cool. For sun worshippers, there are 4 sun loungers to sunbathe on, while topping up that tan.
The south facing aspect of this villa ensures you have sunshine on the deck all day long.

A non-refundable deposit of $150/£150 per week is required at the time of booking with the balance due 8 weeks before departure.
Security deposit of £250/$300 is payable with the balance. This is refundable once the management company have confirmed that the home has not been damaged.
Gas Pool heating $210 (including tax) per week.(Usually only required in the winter months). Minimum 7 days pool heat.
For stays less than 10 days a cleaning fee of $100 will be charged.

Pinewood Country Estates, ChampionsGate / Loughman
Pinewood Country Estates is an established part-residential part-vacation niche rental community of just 85 homes built around lake-land and woodland. Offering a selection of 3, 4, 5 and 6 bedroom villas with private pools, the community is located south of Walt Disney World Resort area and provides a tranquil setting for relaxing after a day at the attractions. With some villas bordering the lake, you may even have your own private fishing dock at the end of the garden!
Just under a mile away is the ChampionsGate area, which has a number of restaurants and eateries including Chilis, La Crepe, Subway, China One (take-away), Pizza Hut, Dunkin Donuts, Wingstreet and other eateries. For finer dining and a relaxing evening, visit the the Omni resort at Gaylord Palms resort towards Walt Disney world.
For those day-to-day essentials, ChampionsGate also has a Publix supermarket, Walgreen's pharmacy and 7-Eleven one-stop shop. If you are heading back from US192, there is also a Publix supermarket and CVS Pharmacy on Old Lake Wilson Road. Around 7 miles south-west - at the intersection between Interstate 4 and US27 - is the Posner Park shopping complex offering major stores including JC Penney, Target, Ross, Dress for Less and many more. There are also a selection of restaurants and a tavern near by.
