Bass Lake Estates is a niche community located very close to the WalMart on highway US192 (near to Medieval Times). It is an established community of just 72 villas varying from 3 to 5 bedrooms in size, which are situated on quiet cul-de-sac roads. Alongside the houses, there is a child's play area, barbecue and cabana for use by residents and guests. Bordering the community is conservation lake-land and a large stocked lake, which can be fished.
Located just off highway US192, there is the expected array of shops, restaurants, supermarkets and bars all within a 5-10 minute drive. Favourites include Chillis, Longhorn steakhouse, TGI Fridays, Taco Bell, Applebees, Olive Garden, Bob Evans, Smokey Bones and even the Medieval Times and Capone dinner shows.
As well as a WalMart, there is also a Super Target and Publix supermarkets all within easy reach. With many smaller retail outlets and themed crazy golf courses scattered between the junction of Poinciana Boulevard / US192 and Kissimmee, this area offers a great selection for eating out and working it off afterwards! Travel a little further towards Kissimmee and you will find the new 'Loop' complex at the junction of Osceola Parkway and John Young Parkway. Here you fill find a further selection of shops, a cinema complex and more restaurants.

Bass Lake Estates is located alongside the easterly section of highway US192 (the main road through to Kissimmee). This will offer the most straightforward driving route to Walt Disney World and the Lake Buena Vista area. For Universal Studios, SeaWorld and the International Drive area, head for Interstate 4 then north towards Orlando. Orlando International airport is accessible from Interstate 4, the SR417 Florida Greeneway and the Beachline Expressway SR528. These also provide a route to Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach. For the Gulf coast and Busch Gardens, head for Interstate 4 then south towards Tampa. For Legoland Florida, head south on highway US27 at the intersection with Interstate 4.

Rental communities here are more established and offer vacation villas in a great location, especially with the array of nearby restaurants, shops, WalMart, Publix and Target supermarkets. There is also all the crazy golf you can handle! For an evening with a difference, the Medieval Times dinner show (with knights and horses) is very close by.
