West Haven Villas

West Haven is a collection of a smaller gated sub-divisions, with upwards of 60 rental and residential properties within each. The sub-divisions at West Haven are: The Abbey, The Green, The Hamlet, The Manor, Sanctuary, The Shire and more recently, The Dales. Each sub-division is set off from tree-lined boulevards, with each offering luxury villas with private pools.

Dependent on which sub-division the villa is located, you may be able to use the clubhouse (and gymnasium), communal pool, tennis courts and volleyball pitch. For this reason, it is always best to first check with the villa owner to confirm access to these communal facilities.

Located just north of the intersection with US27 and Interstate 4, the West Haven communities border green land and orange grove area. With so many first-class golf courses within the locality, this area is an absolute must for golfers!

The Posner Park shopping complex is around 3 miles south of the West Haven communities (towards the intersection with Interstate 4), which is where you will find major stores including JC Penney, Target, Ross and Dress for Less. Bordering the intersection are a number of local eateries, including Cracker Barrel, Beef O'Bradys, Waffle House, MacDonalds, Wendy's, an Asian Grill and a British tavern. The nearest Publix supermarket is around 3 miles east on CR54 at the Championsgate development. Here you will also find more shops and family favourite restaurants like Chilis.

Head north on US27 for a little over 5 miles for another Publix supermarket and shopping complex. There are a number of eateries including Applebees, Quiznos, an Indian take-away and a wine & bistro parlour. The nearest Walmart is a further 3 miles north - near the junction with highway US192.

West Haven is located on highway US27, just north of the intersection with Interstate 4. The most straightforward driving route to Walt Disney World is via Interstate 4, although there are alternative routes towards Kissimmee. For Universal Studios, SeaWorld and the International Drive area, head further north on Interstate 4 towards Orlando. Orlando International airport is accessible from Interstate 4 and the Beachline Expressway SR528. This is also the route to Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach.

For the Gulf coast and Busch Gardens, head south on Interstate 4 towards Tampa. For Legoland Florida, head south on highway US27 passing the intersection with Interstate 4.
