Terra Verde Villas

Terra Verde is a gated community with 3 to 7-bedroom villas set around a stocked fishing lake. Guests can enjoy the clubhouse with Internet room, fitness room, business centre and beauty salon. Outside there is a large heated community pool, beach with hammocks and pool-side Tiki bar. For the more active guests, there are tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, table tennis and a playground for small children.

The nearby highway US192 and SR535 both have Walmart supercenters, as well as a Publix, Super Target and Aldi supermarket. The Lake Buena Vista factory outlets are located on SR535, which is next to the Sunrise Plaza shopping complex. In addition to an abundance of smaller local shops in this area, there is a great selection of restaurants and eateries which include Longhorn Steakhouse, Olive Garden, Chilis, Perkins, Cracker Barrel, IHOP, Miller's Ale House, Five Guys, Smokey Bones, TGI Fridays, Applebees, Ichiban Buffet and El Tenampa Mexican. Travel towards Walt Disney World resort on SR535 for more restaurants and the Orlando Premium Outlets on Vineland.

When travelling to the attractions at Walt Disney World Resort, SR535 offers the most direct route, although there is the option of Osceola Parkway. For Universal Studios and SeaWorld, head north on Interstate 4 towards Orlando. Alternatively, take International Drive South for a backdoor route into both SeaWorld and the International Drive area. The Beachline Expressway SR528 is also accessible from Interstate 4 and is the best route for Orlando International airport, Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach. For the Gulf coast and Busch Gardens, head south on Interstate 4 towards Tampa. For Legoland Florida, head south on highway US27 at the intersection with Interstate 4.
