Santa Cruz Villas

Santa Cruz is a small established part-residential and part-rental community. With only 71 properties, expect a warm neighbourhood feel. For golfers, there are an excellent selection of courses local to the area. If you manage to work your way through these, there are even more to the south towards Haines City.

Bordering the central section of highway US27 there are Publix supermarkets located at Champions Crossing and Berry Town; with each having a number of local shops alongside. The nearest Walmart supermarkets are north on US27 or south towards Haines City. There are some restaurants and eateries bordering this section of US27, including Applebees, IHOP, McDonalds, Wendy's, Best of British Pub and Beef O'Bradys. However, if you head towards the ChampionsGate area you will find many more including Olive Garden, Miller's Ale House, Chilis, 4 Corners Tavern, Tijuana Flats and Trevi's Italian restaurant. Travel south to the junction between US27 and Interstate 4 for the Posner Park shopping complex which has major stores including JC Penney, Target, Ross, Marshalls and many more. There is also a further selection of restaurants, eateries and a tavern bordering highway US27.

When travelling to the attractions at Walt Disney World Resort, you have the option of travelling north on highway US27 towards US192 or travelling east towards Interstate 4. Both should offer a straightforward route, although depending on traffic one could be quicker than the other. For Universal Studios, SeaWorld and the International Drive area, head north on Interstate 4 towards Orlando. The Beachline Expressway SR528 is also accessible from Interstate 4 and is the best route for Orlando International airport, Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach.

For the Gulf coast and Busch Gardens, head south on Interstate 4 towards Tampa. For Legoland Florida, head south on highway US27 at the intersection with Interstate 4.
